FAMOUS DRIVE-IN

The Famous Drive-In opened in Pensacola, Florida in 1950 complete with “car hops, snappy service and excellent food.” The menu boasted piping hot apple and cherry pies baked right on the premises for fifteen cents a slice and a la’ mode for just a nickel more! Also famous were their butter- grilled sandwiches reputed to be the best in town. No longer with us. Buy art print below.
